When it comes to investing my money in large purchases I typically make sure that there are warranties plus that it comes with some kind of return of investment for me. Whether it is a costly tangible or intangible return of investment. I assume when purchasing fancy products such as cars, houses, etc. it’s important to make sure that there are warranties plus programs to keep the investment in a product that you made protected; For example just recently I had to upgrade my HVAC system due to how aged it was plus the amount of repairs that needed to be done to it. The HVAC company that I go with offers a maintenance program. This maintenance program allows me to schedule a certain afternoon periodically, within a few months or a few seasons to have a HVAC worker come in, inspect plus scrub my HVAC system. This program is called a preventive maintenance program, This program not only fits my HVAC system needs but it also fits my budget too. There are multiple programs that give weird things for your HVAC system. These programs are great because they can detect any problems before it starts. I don’t want to have to face a problem in the middle of winter season because I did not have my HVAC system maintenanced. I assume that every HVAC company should have a maintenance program to protect their customers HVAC system because of the amount of money that has been invested into it.
