My partner & I were in the market for a up-to-date apartment rental. It just made sense to move closer to where my buddy and I both worked. As it was, my buddy and I both had over a 45 minute commute to toil every day. So why not live closer? Since my buddy and I were renting our up-to-date house my buddy and I thought it would be no big deal to just rent another one. That turned out to be incorrect. It was very hard to find a apartment to rent, near our works, that accepted pets & had great central Heating & Air Conditioning. Many of the apartment rentals didn’t take pets. There is no way my buddy and I were giving up our dog. Those that did accept pets tended to be more run down & old. Those older houses just had window air conditionings & wall mounted heaters. We entirely wanted something with central heating & cooling. After months of looking my buddy and I still hadn’t found anything. Then my partner found a place that could toil for us. It accepts pets & has a multi split system. I didn’t know what that was until my buddy and I looked it up. Basically, it is like central heating & air however it works differently. There is no HVAC duct & it is more energy efficient. I entirely was interested when I learned that the multi split systems also have zone control. This means that the different rooms in the house can be set to different temperatures. On Thursday my buddy and I are going to go & check out the rental after work. It is supposed to be a very hot day on Thursday so that will give us a chance to see how well the multi split air conditioning works. If it works and they claim it does after that I will be moving in very soon.
