When I was much younger I came into a lot of money when I graduated from school.
Thankfully my Grandparents did genuinely well for themselves and they wanted to make sure that they said their grandchildren up for a great life.
I try to feel of the best way to spend this money and invest it back so that I would be able to make a passive income. After doing some research I found that the best way to do this would be to invest in condo and rent it out. So I’ve been a landlord for a few years now and it’s been a great way to make money without having to do too much work. I am normally great about getting my occupants however this time I genuinely did a bad job. Turns out I rented out my home to two ladies who have never looked at a heating and cooling system before in your life. I went to check in on them a few weeks after they moved in and I saw that the control equipment had been taken off the wall. I asked the ladies why the control equipment for the heating and cooling system was off the wall and they said they had no idea what happened. I knew right then that it was going to be a long year of troubles with the heating and cooling system. I got upset and I made the wrong choice with these ladies and I knew that I couldn’t go back. So I told them if they ever had any troubles with the heating and cooling system again to supply me a call and not worry about the cost. I don’t want their negligence to affect my hair and cooling system
