Opening a business and the HVAC provider providing bad service

The supplier consistently provided us updates, cleaned up after themselves when their work was done each morning and really put quality time and effort into it, then whereas the second HVAC supplier my friend and I hired, you could hear them throwing things around, talking inappropriate, leaving dirt on the bakery floor from their shoes! And they installed our air duct completely wrong

My family has been in the food business for more than 2 years. My fantastic great Grandpa opened a small bakery in the neighborhood and his business flourished; He gave low prices however provided his buyers a lot for the currency. He was never stingy when it came to his prices and quality of food! This is why his business continues to stay around and continue to grow. There is now a total of four of his stores in a twenty-five mile radius, but each of the stores need to be updated. That was the game plan for this year. My family hired local electricians, plumbers and HVAC providers to do the work, however our family is large supporters of local dealers because that is how our family’s bakery supplier started out. My associate and I went with two HVAC providers to do the service on our HVAC system and air duct. The one HVAC supplier did an amazing task. And they installed our air duct completely wrong. There were so more than 2 gaps in the stretchy air duct that would have lossed us so much energy and currency. My associate and I should have read the reviews on the HVAC supplier first before my friend and I decided to go with them, then now my friend and I know to do some research before my friend and I have any work done with the bakeries.
