Opening a business and the HVAC provider providing terrible service

My family has been in the food business for many years. My great great grandfather opened a small bakery in the city and his business flourished. He provided low prices but gave his customers a lot for the money. He was never stingy when it came to his prices and quality of food. This is why his business continues to stay around and continue to grow. There is now a total of four of his stores in a twenty-five mile radius. Each of the stores need to be updated. That was the game plan for this year. My family hired local electricians, plumbers and HVAC providers to do the work. Our family is big supporters of local businesses because that is how our family’s bakery company started out. We went with two HVAC providers to do the service on our HVAC system and ductwork. The one HVAC company did an amazing job. The company always gave us updates, cleaned up after themselves when their work was done each day and really put quality time and effort into it. Whereas the second HVAC company we hired, you could hear them throwing things around, talking inappropriate, leaving dirt on the bakery floor from their shoes. And they installed our ductwork completely wrong. There were so many gaps in the flexible ductwork that would have lossed us so much energy and money. We should have read the reviews on the HVAC company first before we went with them. Now we know to do some research before we have any work done with the bakeries.
