My pal and I purchased this apartment about two weeks before our wedding, so it has quite a special locale in our hearts.
I cannot imagine us ever leaving this house. My pal and I have made so several fond memories here. All three of our children were born in this house, plus I can still picture them as little toddlers running around in the hallway. I hope that someday I will be able to see our little grandchildren running around that same hallway. My pal and I have done quite a bit of service on this old house, however one thing that my associate and I never touched was the air conditioner. It has worked good for us these past twenty years, so my associate and I never even thought about replacing it or even getting it took care of. It was a mistake to not get it took care of because my associate and I have had some concerns with it this summer. My pal and I have had some unusually hot weather the past couple of weeks, plus our cooling system has had quite a bit of trouble keeping the apartment cool. My pal and I thought that maybe it was because it was just so hot, however the temperature has finally dropped back down to normal, plus the cooling system is still not able to cool the apartment down to the temperature that my associate and I have it set at. My pal and I called an Heating plus A/C company plus got a estimate for the cost of them just coming plus diagnosing the issue, plus it was an outrageous price. My hubby is going to see if she can service the cooling system himself to save us a lot of cash.
