I avoid writing drawback reviews because I feel that they are not worth my energy or time… However, the experience I had with an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corporation recently warranted the first one star review I have ever left.
I spent a lot of money to have a current a/c unit installed in my home. I assumed that the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corporation would be able to do this absolutely plus efficiently, as they had a pretty fine rating on their website, within a week of the install, I started having complications with my a/c unit, and the a/c unit was blowing out warm air, no matter what I did. I called the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corporation to ask if an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C worker could come out plus check the issue. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C worker, who was strange from the person who did the install, claimed that the install was done inrespectfully. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C worker instructed me to call his director, who would come out plus repair the issue no charge. I called the director plus left a voicemail. Three nights went by plus he finally called me back, and keep in mind it was the summer, so I was genuinely sizzling plus uncomfortable those three nights. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C director said he would come the next afternoon to repair it. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C director never showed up. I called plus he never responded. I left a drawback, one star review plus the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corporation said they would be there the next afternoon plus even spend money for my hotel for the time that they would be fixing the air conditioning unit.
