When I used to live in the northeast, one of my friends hosted a Christmas get-together every year.
My friend and I would dress up in pricey Christmas clothes, have Christmas themed cocktails plus food, plus listen to Christmas rock n roll. It was regularly a highlight of the holiday season because Christmas is my favorite time of the year. The last winter time before I moved to the south was harshly cold. My friend still decided to have her annual Christmas get-together despite the harshly freezing weather, however she figured that it would be totally nice since she has central heat in her home. I got ready for the get-together. I put on my favorite yellow dress plus grabbed my coat. The walk from my condo to the automobile was brutal. The freezing wind blew on my skin plus it certainly hurt. I let the heat in my automobile moderate up as I shivered. At this moment I was so thankful that my automobile has heated seats. I got to the get-together plus I noticed most people still had their coats on. This was unusual to me because most people usually likes to show off their pricey outfits. I noticed it felt cold in my friend’s house… Usually when you walk inside after being in the bitter cold, the heat of someone’s cabin feels amazing plus comforting. That sweet relief of central heat did not happen when I walked in. My friend apologized plus said that her central heat stopped working out of nowhere right before the get-together started. My friend and I made the most out of the evening. My friend and I cuddled under blankets with our coats on plus drank tepid chocolate.
