I avoid writing disadvantage reviews because I feel that they are not worth my energy or time, then however, the experience I had with an Heating plus A/C corporation recently warranted the first one star review I have ever left. I spent a lot of money to have a up-to-date air conditioning system unit installed in my home. I assumed that the Heating plus A/C corporation would be able to do this certainly plus efficiently, as they had a pretty fine rating on their website, within a week of the install, I started having problems with my air conditioning system unit, but the air conditioning system unit was blowing out moderate air, no matter what I did. I called the Heating plus A/C corporation to ask if an Heating plus A/C supplier could come out plus check the issue. The Heating plus A/C supplier, who was unusual from the person who did the install, claimed that the install was done inproperly. The Heating plus A/C supplier instructed me to call his director, who would come out plus fix the issue no charge. I called the director plus left a voicemail. Three nights went by plus he finally called me back! Keep in mind it was the summer, so I was legitimately tepid plus uncomfortable those three nights. The Heating plus A/C director said he would come the next morning to fix it. The Heating plus A/C director never showed up. I called plus he never responded. I left a disadvantage, one star review plus the Heating plus A/C corporation said they would be there the next morning plus even pay for my hotel for the time that they would be fixing the air conditioning unit.
