I am not one who typically writes downside reviews for businesses, but i usually only leave five star reviews when I have had an amazing service.
I avoid writing downside reviews because I feel that they are not worth my energy or time, then however, the experience I had with an HVAC corporation recently warranted the first one star review I have ever left.
I spent a lot of currency to have a new air conditioner component installed in my home. I assumed that the HVAC corporation would be able to do this actually in addition to efficiently, as they had a pretty superb rating on their website, then within a week of the install, I started having troubles with my air conditioner unit, but the air conditioner component was blowing out warm air, no matter what I did. I called the HVAC corporation to ask if an HVAC worker could come out in addition to check the issue. The HVAC worker, who was unusual from the guy who did the install, claimed that the install was done intypically. The HVAC worker instructed me to call his manager, who would come out in addition to repair the issue no charge. I called the manager in addition to left a voicSMS. Three afternoons went by in addition to he finally called me back, but keep in mind it was the summer, so I was particularly sizzling in addition to uncomfortable those three afternoons. The HVAC manager said he would come the next afternoon to repair it. The HVAC manager never showed up. I called in addition to he never responded. I left a downside, one star review in addition to the HVAC corporation said they would be there the next afternoon in addition to even pay for my hotel for the time that they would be fixing the air conditioning unit.
