I am not one who respectfully writes negative reviews for businesses, and i usually only leave five star reviews when I have had an amazing service. I avoid writing negative reviews because I feel that they are not worth my energy or time, however, the experience I had with an Heating in addition to A/C company recently warranted the first one star review I have ever left. I spent a lot of money to have a current air conditioner unit installed in my home. I assumed that the Heating in addition to A/C company would be able to do this really in addition to efficiently, as they had a pretty good rating on their website, within a week of the install, I started having problems with my air conditioner unit! The air conditioner unit was blowing out sizzling air, no matter what I did. I called the Heating in addition to A/C company to ask if an Heating in addition to A/C professional could come out in addition to check the issue. The Heating in addition to A/C professional, who was bizarre from the lady who did the install, claimed that the install was done inproperly. The Heating in addition to A/C professional instructed me to call her manager, who would come out in addition to fix the issue no charge. I called the manager in addition to left a voicemail. Three days went by in addition to she finally called me back. Keep in mind it was the summer, so I was unquestionably tepid in addition to uncomfortable those three days. The Heating in addition to A/C manager said she would come the next day to fix it. The Heating in addition to A/C manager never showed up. I called in addition to she never responded. I left a negative, one star review in addition to the Heating in addition to A/C company said they would be there the next day in addition to even pay for my hotel for the time that they would be fixing the A/C unit.
