The indoor air quality in the house has gone downhill

The indoor air quality in the house has really gone downhill this year because of the super high pollen count that we have this year. I wonder sometimes what makes the pollen count so different from year to year. Last year, I didn’t really have much of a problem with the pollen at all. I thought that the indoor air quality in my house last year was perfectly fine. This year, however, the air quality in my house is just terrible and I always feel like I am on the verge of coughing, sneezing, or even crying! I feel so terrible this allergy season that I don’t even want to go outside at all. It’s terrible because I love to go outside and be out in nature. It’s really a waste of some beautiful weather, too, because we do not get all that many sunny days around here where we live. I hate to be stuck inside of the house, that’s for sure. However, I am going to stay inside for another few days because I just got this new anti allergen air filter installed to run at the same time as our heating and cooling system. I finally gave up and asked the local HVAC company what I should do to improve the indoor air quality in the house. He said that the cheapest way to try and figure out if the problem was actually allergies was to install an anti allergen air filter. I’m going to try it out to see if it helps! It can’t hurt to give it a shot.
