My fiance and I were in the market for a new home rental.
It just made sense to transfer closer to where my friend and I both worked.
As it was, my friend and I both had over a 45 minute commute to work every afternoon. So why not live closer? Since my friend and I were renting our new household my friend and I thought it would be no giant deal to just rent another one. That turned out to be incorrect. It was actually taxing to find a home to rent, near our works, that accepted pets and had enjoyable central Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C. Many of the home rentals didn’t take pets. There is no way my friend and I were giving up our dog. Those that did accept pets tended to be more run down and old. Those older houses just had window air conditioners and wall mounted heaters. My enjoyable friend and I actually wanted something with central heating and cooling. After months of looking my friend and I still hadn’t found anything. Then my fiance found a place that could work for us. It accepts pets and has a multi split system. I didn’t know what that was until my friend and I looked it up. Basically, it is like central heating and air however it works differently. There is no ductwork and it is more energy efficient. I actually was interested when I learned that the multi split systems also have zone control. This means that the weird rooms in the household can be set to weird temperatures. On Tuesday my friend and I are going to go and check out the rental after work. It is supposed to be a actually hot afternoon on Tuesday so that will give us a occasion to see how well the multi split air conditioner works. If it works and they claim it does then I will be moving in actually soon.
