The career center in our town has a really great HVAC program.
I know that it’s great because I am the head of it! Whenever they first started up the career center, they hired me to be the leader of the HVAC department.
We have been in business for about five years now, and every year, the heating and cooling department just keeps getting better and better. I am always on the lookout for new hires to improve our program. The heating and cooling technicians that I hire to come and teach our classes are really great professionals who have been on the job for many years. Last year I ended up getting a really great new guy to teach one of our summer sessions. He was a really great heating and cooling technician who was retiring from a commercial HVAC company here in town. He had been working for the same heating and cooling company here in town for the past 25 years. He knows everything that there is to know about commercial heating and cooling. Because of him and all of his knowledge, we ended up offering a class specifically for commercial heating and cooling during the summer last year. We ended up graduating a whole team of new commercial heating and cooling technicians last summer and I was super proud of the whole technical school. I love the way that we all work together so well, and I am always really proud of our graduates, too. I just don’t think that I will ever get tired of running the HVAC department here.
