So I had the serviceman go ahead plus legitimately take care of my system while he was there
I came home from work yupterday plus saw water all over the floor in the hallway. I followed the stream of water into the laundry room. At first I thought that the washing machine that was leaking so I called plumber. The plumber came out plus informed me that the water was coming from the cooling system plus that I should call an HVAC serviceman instead. I was starting to get a bit frustrated at this point but I called an HVAC supplier plus they came out instantly. I half expected the serviceman to tell me to call yet another type of worker even though he owned the problem plus got right to work to fix the problem. It turned out that my cooling system’s condensation pipe had backed up. The pipe usually funnels water outside of the house. When it became clogged up, the water could no longer escape outside plus was now dumping all over the laundry room; Lucky for me, it was an straight-forward fix. The HVAC serviceman also changed my air filter plus recommended a thorough vent cleaning plus a few other service things. I hesitated at first however then we couldn’t remember ever having had my HVAC unit tested before. This lack of basic service is what cause there to be water all over my floor. So I had the serviceman go ahead plus legitimately take care of my system while he was there. I could not feel all of the junk he vacuumed out of my ventilation system. The air just feels plus odors cleaner now plus there is no longer water all over the floor.
