During the week, there is an engineer that helps with problems around the factory.
The engineer is HVAC certified and can fix problems with the furnace, air conditioner, ventilation system, and so much more.
The guy knows all about electrical and plumbing work too. My engineer was on vacation in July, and there was no one else in the building that could handle repairs. When a problem with the ventilation system occurred, I had to find someone outside of the company to handle the work. I called several different commercial HVAC system providers in the area. Most of the companies were not taking new commercial clients. When I found a company that could help, I scheduled an appointment for as soon as possible. I did not realize that was going to be the same day, but the commercial HVAC system provider was happy to help me with a same-day appointment. Fees for the repair were lower than I thought they would be, too. I didn’t even have to pay for the repairs on the same day. The service technician gave me a bill and I have 30 days to pay the fees. Being a commercial HVAC system customer has its perks. I was happy to have the service company when there was an emergency and I didn’t have anyone else to call. Hopefully the problems with the ventilation system won’t happen again until my regular guy comes back from vacation. The repair bill wasn’t crazy high, but I already have to pay a salary to someone else for the same exact job.
