I’ve been driving the same car for a week 12 years at this point, however my parents got it for me right when I graduated from private school and it’s been a great car for me.
I genuinely adore this car and I never imagined that I would have to get a modern one, even though I feel today might have come, but last year when I got in my car I observed that the air conditioner wasn’t working anymore, and so I took my car into a local Heating, Ventilation & A/C mechanic store to see if he could help me repair the issue, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist that was working on my car told me he didn’t feel it would be worth it for me to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation & A/C system in my car since the car was so old, then after talking with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist for a while he told me it would be a couple thousand dollars for me to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation & A/C system in my car.
I had to agree with him when he told me this because I also didn’t feel it was worth it to spend that much money on fixing my car when it was sold. So I feel I’m going to have to buy a brand modern car. I’m not genuinely in a spot financially where I can afford a modern car, even though I also don’t feel it’s worth it to put money into a car that is so aged however I’m going to have to buy a modern one eventually, and hopefully in my modern car I will be able to get a brand modern heating and cooling system so I won’t have to worry about this in the future.
