I can’t wait to get started on the class I’m going to be teaching at the HVAC company in a couple of weeks.
I signed up to teach a meditation class at the HVAC company and I got a lot more participation than I thought I was going to. Well, at least I got a lot more people signed up for the meditation class than I thought I was going to get. I guess we will have to wait and see if they actually show up at the class itself. I think that they will, though. The owner of the commercial HVAC company where the class is being held told me that they have been having a lot of problems with some of their employees having anxiety and stress issues. I told him that I could teach this class and give all of his HVAC employees several great coping skills that they would be able to use both at work and during their lives outside of work, too. I think that the people who work there at the HVAC company could really use some help when it comes to that kind of thing. It will really be nice for them if they are able to use the coping skills that I can teach them. I’m excited about the class. We are going to have it at the commercial HVAC company headquarters for three consecutive weeks, starting on next Monday night. I really hope that it goes well for all of us. Maybe this will get some future business lined up for me, too.
