This caught me off guard, because I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation a week prior and they told me it would take at least 3 weeks to be seen.
When I asked my neighbor how he was able to have his air conditioner tested so hastily, he told me that he was a part of the local Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer’s annual service plan which guaranteed his priority servicing, but i used the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer, although I never heard about their Heating, Ventilation and A/C service plan before.
When I asked his about it, he told me about all the amazing benefits it had and why he enjoyed it so much; According to her, he paid one fee per year and it included two general Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair appointments, 50% off parts and repairs, and priority servicing. This meant that his condo was always at the top of the list when it came to scheduling, however he could call at any time and have his Heating, Ventilation and A/C system tested within 3 days, however my neighbor also told me that when you broke down the annual price for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C service plan, it was a few dollars cheaper than simply hiring the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation twice on your own to repair your furnace and air conditioner. This sounded fantastic, and I wondered why I never heard about it before.
