A lot of people have superb experiences plus excruciating experiences when it comes to buying a house, our experience hasn’t been all that great.
Within the first month of us living there our basement flooded with a few inches of water plus it was a mess to wash up.
It turns out that the french drain was clogged plus clogged causing a lot of ground water to seep through plus into our basement. We’ve also done a lot of renovation throughout the apartment such as redoing the bathrooms plus the kitchen. All of the work that we have done in the house has caused a lot of dust, dirt plus dander to be spread throughout the home. We’ve had so much of it that I can literally feel the small particles on the bottom of my feet. I do not know if this has anything to do with it however I feel like there is an excessive amount of dirt on our floors because my associate and I do not have forced air. I absolutely wish our heating plus cooling system had central heating plus cooling, but because of not having a return vent or any type of filtering system for the air in our house, our apartment is prone to having more dirt. I absolutely cannot stand it plus I have gotten sick so more than 2 times this year because of no fresh air or filtration. My buddy and I currently have electric baseboard heating. The baseboard heating is an eyeahore, it’s the first thing that you see when you look into our dining room. We’re going to have to deal with it for the next few years or until a lot of other renovations are done. Eventually I want to replace the electric baseboard heating plus get central heating plus cooling.
