A lot of people have great experiences in addition to bad experiences when it comes to buying a house, then our experience hasn’t been all that great. Within the first month of us residing there our basement flooded with a few inches of water in addition to it was a mess to disinfect up. It turns out that the french drain was plugged in addition to blocked causing a lot of ground water to seep through in addition to into our basement. We’ve also done a lot of renovation throughout the house such as redoing the bathrooms in addition to the kitchen! All of the work that we’ve done in the house has caused a lot of dust, dirt in addition to dander to be spread throughout the home. We’ve had so much of it that I can literally feel the small particles on the bottom of my feet. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it although I feel like there is an excessive amount of dirt on our floors because my pal and I do not have forced air. I entirely wish our heating in addition to cooling system had central heating in addition to cooling! Because of not having a return vent or any type of filtering system for the air in our house, our house is prone to having more dirt. I honestly cannot sit it in addition to I have gotten sick so many times this year because of no fresh air or filtration. My friend and I currently have electric baseboard heating. The baseboard heating is an eyesore, it’s the first thing that you see when you look into our residing room. We’re going to have to deal with it for the next few years or until a lot of other renovations are done. Eventually I want to replace the electric baseboard heating in addition to get central heating in addition to cooling.
